Fall Exterior Maintenance Checklist for Valley Homes

Here's the exterior checklist we recommend working through before the first hard freeze.

Siding and exterior surfaces

• Soft wash the house if you didn't do it in spring. Algae and mildew that grew all summer traps moisture against your siding.
