Walk-through
We walk the results with you before leaving. If a stain didn't fully lift on the first pass, we try a second approach. If it won't come out at all, we tell you honestly.

Questions we get asked a lot
Can you clean all kinds of fabric?
Most common residential upholstery fabrics: polyester blends, microfiber, cotton blends, and similar. Specialty fabrics like silk, velvet, or leather require different methods - mention what your furniture is made of when booking and we'll confirm whether our approach is right for it.
How long until my sofa is dry?
Usually 2 to 4 hours. Low-moisture cleaning is fast to dry because we never oversaturate the fabric. You can often sit on it the same business day, though we recommend giving it a few hours just to be safe.
Can you remove pet odors?
Light pet odors and surface marks, yes. Deep-set urine that has reached the cushion foam is harder to fully resolve with any surface cleaning method - if that's what you're dealing with, we'll be honest about expectations before starting.
Will my colors fade?
Not with our method. Low-moisture cleaning with properly matched solutions is gentle on dye and fabric. In almost every case the fabric color after cleaning is more vivid than before, because the film of soil that was dulling it is gone.
Do you move the furniture?
We work on the upholstery in place. No need to move the sofa out of the room or flip it upside down. We just need access to the piece from the front and sides.
