Deep cleaning for homes that need the full reset.
When regular cleaning isn't enough. When you've moved in, hosted a crowd, come back from travel, or just haven't had time. This is the clean that gets your home back to the standard you actually want it at.
What this service actually is
A deep clean is a reset, not a routine. It's what we do when a home hasn't had professional attention in a while, when you're about to start a recurring schedule and want to begin from a clean baseline, or when life has gotten ahead of you and the regular vacuum-and-wipe pass just isn't going to cut it.
Our deep cleaning covers every surface a regular maintenance cleaning covers - plus the things that usually get skipped. Baseboards scrubbed by hand. Ceiling fan blades. The top of the fridge and inside the microwave. Grout lines in the master bath. Soap scum on the shower door. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The kind of detail that makes a home feel cared for, not just maintained.
Most Valley homes need a deep clean once or twice a year on top of a regular schedule. If it's been six months or more since anyone has really gotten into the corners of your home, this is the service you want.
What's included
Every job comes with a clear, specific scope - no vague “we'll clean” promises. Here's exactly what a standard deep cleaning job covers:
- Everything in our standard maintenance cleaning service, plus:
- Baseboards hand-wiped throughout the home
- Ceiling fan blades dusted and wiped
- Light fixtures cleaned (reachable without special equipment)
- Inside of the microwave scrubbed
- Top and front of the refrigerator wiped
- Oven exterior and stovetop hood cleaned
- Cabinet fronts in kitchen and bathrooms wiped
- Shower doors descaled, soap scum removed
- Grout lines scrubbed in high-use bathrooms
- Inside window ledges cleaned
- Vents and return registers dusted
- Behind and under furniture where reachable
Need something added? Just ask when we walk through before we start. Every job is customized to your home.
How it works - from the first call to the walk-through
Four steps from booking to done. No surprises, no upsell pressure, no “that'll be extra” on your way out the door.
Quote with square footage
Deep cleaning pricing depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, and how long it's been since the last professional clean. We ask a few questions and send a fair number the same business day.
We block the time
A deep clean takes longer than a regular clean - usually 50 to 100 percent more time depending on the home. We schedule the right amount of time so the team isn't rushed.
Team of multiple arrives
For deep cleans we send a larger team so the work gets done in a single day, not stretched out. Same W-2 employees, same care, just more of them on-site at once.
Walk-through before we leave
Every deep clean ends with a full walk-through with you. We go room by room, check the detail work, and fix anything that needs a second pass before we're back in the truck.
Why Valley neighbors choose Lambert for this
Every cleaning company in the Valley claims to care about quality. Here's what actually makes our approach to deep cleaning different:
Time blocked to do it right
Some companies sell a deep clean and then rush it in a regular-clean time slot. We block the right amount of time up front so the team never has to choose between detail and schedule.
A natural starting point for recurring service
A deep clean is the ideal first visit before starting BiWeekly or monthly service. It establishes a baseline the recurring visits can maintain at regular-clean pricing.
Specialty products for specialty jobs
Grout brushes, mineral descalers, degreasers, and the chemistry to handle soap scum, oven hood grease, and hard-water deposits. Our truck carries the tools for the tough spots, not just the easy ones.
Real people, really paying attention
Deep cleaning is where rushed companies cut corners most. Our W-2 employees are paid to care, not paid by the minute. That's why the corners and baseboards actually get done.
The difference, before and after

Questions we get asked a lot
How long does a deep clean take?
A typical 2,000 square foot Valley home takes our team 5 to 7 labor hours for a full deep clean. We usually send two to three technicians so the total elapsed time is closer to 2 to 3 hours. Bigger homes, more bathrooms, or a home that hasn't been cleaned in a year or more can take longer.
How often should I get a deep clean?
Most homes benefit from a deep clean every 6 to 12 months on top of recurring maintenance cleaning. Homes with heavy foot traffic, multiple kids, or pets may do better with one every 4 to 6 months. If you're on a recurring schedule with us, we'll flag when we think the next deep clean makes sense.
Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?
Not always, but usually yes if it's been three months or more since the last professional clean. Starting with a deep clean means the first recurring visit doesn't have to chase a backlog, and your home stays easier to maintain at lower per-visit cost.
Will you clean inside my oven and inside my fridge?
Inside the microwave is included. Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are add-ons that we can include on request - just mention them when booking. Both take meaningful extra time, which is why we price them separately rather than bundling.
Can I be home during the deep clean?
Yes. A lot of our customers prefer to be home for the first deep clean because it's a good chance to walk the team through the house, point out anything specific you care about, and meet the people who will be back on a recurring schedule. You don't have to be, though - a door code works fine.
Is a deep clean the same as a move-in/move-out clean?
Similar, but not identical. A move-in/move-out clean is scoped around an empty home and a landlord's inspection checklist. A deep clean is scoped around a lived-in home that needs the full reset. If you're moving, ask for the move-in/move-out service specifically.
