President & Owner
Joey founded Lambert Cleaning in 2012 and still runs it day to day from our Staunton office. He built the company from a one-person operation into a full team of W-2 employees serving five counties across the Shenandoah Valley.
Dexter
Chief Morale Officer
Dexter doesn't actually clean anything. He has, however, completed thousands of hallway inspections, attended every staff meeting, and earned the trust of every customer who has met him. If you ever stop by the office, he will greet you at the door and expect to be petted. It is a non-negotiable part of his role.
The team
These are the full-time employees who do the actual cleaning across the Valley every day. They are the people who arrive at your home in uniform with every product on the truck. They are the people who walk through your house with you before they leave. They are the people the Valley's Favorite votes are actually for.
Every one of them is a W-2 employee. Every one of them has been background-checked. Every one of them is paid hourly with full payroll, not a 1099 stipend. We do not use day labor. We do not use temp agencies. We do not use contractors. The reason this matters is simple: the people in your home are the ones we're responsible for, and we want that responsibility to mean something.
